What we do

Minor Plumbing

Faucets, toilets, garburators, slow drains and the drip under the sink.

How we work

Careful work. Clear finish.

We handle the fixture-level plumbing that makes up most household water problems: replacing faucets and toilets, swapping supply lines and shut-off valves, clearing slow drains and installing garburators. We work on fixtures and the pipework connected to them — not on gas, and not on anything that needs a permit.

What this covers

  • Kitchen and bathroom faucet replacement
  • Toilet replacement, re-seating and running-toilet repair
  • Supply lines, angle stops and shut-off valve replacement
  • P-trap and drain assembly replacement
  • Slow drain clearing — sinks, tubs and showers
  • Garburator installation and replacement
  • Under-sink leak diagnosis and repair
  • Showerhead, hand shower and bathroom fixture installation

When people usually call us

  • A cabinet floor under the sink that is swollen or dark — it has been wet for a while
  • A toilet that runs on and off by itself, or rocks when you sit down
  • A drain that empties slower every week
  • A faucet that drips after you shut it off hard
  • A shut-off valve you are afraid to turn because it looks seized

What it costs

Most fixture swaps are a one to two hour job plus the part. If you buy the fixture yourself, bring it home before we arrive and we will install it; if you would rather we source it, we will send you the option and the price before buying.

Questions we get asked

Are you licensed plumbers?

No, and we will not pretend otherwise. We are a handyman service doing fixture-level work — faucets, toilets, traps, valves and drains. Anything requiring a plumbing permit, work inside walls, hot water tanks and all gas work needs a licensed plumber or gas fitter, and we will tell you when you have crossed that line.

Can you clear a fully blocked main drain?

We clear sink, tub and shower drains. A blocked main line needs a drain contractor with a camera and a large auger — that is the right call, not us.

What if you find something worse once it is open?

We stop and show you. You get a photo and a plain explanation of the options before any additional work or cost.
