What we collect
Only what you send us: your name, phone number, email or WeChat ID, the address of the job, and any photos or descriptions of the work. There is no contact form, no analytics script, no advertising pixel and no cookie banner on this site, because there is nothing here that sets a cookie.
Why we have it
To quote your job, schedule it, do it, and invoice it. That is the entire purpose.
Who else sees it
Nobody. We do not sell, rent or share your details with lead-generation services, marketing companies or other trades. If a job needs a licensed trade we cannot do, we will give you their name — we do not hand them yours.
Photos of work
Photos on this site are of work we have done. We do not publish a photo that identifies a client, an address, a house number or anything else that would let a stranger find your home. If you would rather we did not photograph your job at all, say so and we will not.
How long we keep it
Job records and invoices are kept as long as Canadian tax and business records rules require. Quote enquiries that do not become jobs are deleted when we clear them out.
Your choices
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete anything we are not legally required to keep. Email superhandymen1389@gmail.com and we will action it.
