Where we work
Richmond is home base — our registered office is on Cooney Road, and most weeks the majority of our jobs are within ten minutes of it. That matters for the small stuff: a fifteen-minute repair is worth doing here because we are not driving across a bridge to get to you.
Richmond sits on Fraser River delta soil, and settlement is normal here in a way it is not on the North Shore. It shows up first as a door that will not latch, a sticking window, or a hairline crack running diagonally from a door frame corner. Almost always this is an adjustment job, not a replacement job.
A large share of Richmond housing went up between 1985 and 1999, which puts it squarely in the range where original hinges, hollow-core doors, cabinet hardware, caulking and bathroom fans are all reaching the end of their lives at once. This is the classic "list of eight small things" call, and it is exactly what we are built for.
