What we do

Mounting & Assembly

TVs, shelves, cabinets, closet systems and flat-pack furniture — anchored into something real.

How we work

Careful work. Clear finish.

Anything heavy on a wall comes down to one question: what is behind the drywall. We locate studs, use the right anchor for concrete, brick or hollow wall, and mount TVs, shelving, cabinets and closet systems so they hold. We also assemble flat-pack furniture, which is a fine way to spend an afternoon if it is not your afternoon.

What this covers

  • TV wall mounting — fixed, tilting and full-motion arms
  • Cable concealment and in-wall routing where the wall allows
  • Floating shelves, brackets and heavy shelving
  • Wall cabinet and upper cabinet installation
  • Closet systems, wardrobes and organiser installation
  • Flat-pack furniture assembly
  • Mirror, artwork and heavy picture hanging
  • Curtain rods, blinds and window covering installation
  • Baby gates, grab bars and safety rails

When people usually call us

  • A TV still in the box because the wall is concrete or brick
  • Shelves that have started to pull away from the wall at the top
  • A closet system that came with instructions in six languages and none of them helping
  • Grab bars needed in a bathroom, and they have to be anchored properly
  • A mount that has to clear a fireplace, a corner or a stud in the wrong place

What it costs

A standard TV mount on a stud wall is usually about an hour. Concrete, brick, tile, a fireplace surround or in-wall cable routing take longer — mention it when you call and we will give you a realistic number instead of a surprise.

Questions we get asked

Can you mount a TV on a concrete or brick wall?

Yes. Concrete and brick actually hold better than drywall — it just needs a hammer drill and the correct sleeve anchors, which we carry.

Can the cables be hidden inside the wall?

Usually yes on an interior stud wall, using a proper in-wall rated pass-through kit. On concrete, an exterior wall or a firewall between units, we use a surface raceway painted to match instead — safer and reversible.

Do you supply the mount?

You can buy it, or we can. If you send us the TV model and the wall type, we will tell you which mount actually fits before you spend money on the wrong one.
