What we do

Flooring

Laminate, vinyl plank, hardwood, tile and baseboards — installed, patched or replaced.

How we work

Careful work. Clear finish.

We install and repair laminate, vinyl plank, engineered hardwood, tile and baseboards in Metro Vancouver homes. Most single-room installs finish in one day, and we handle the parts people dread — cutting around door jambs, levelling a dipped subfloor, and matching an existing plank run so a repair does not look like a patch.

What this covers

  • Laminate and vinyl plank (click-lock and glue-down) installation
  • Engineered and solid hardwood installation
  • Tile installation for floors, entryways and backsplashes
  • Damaged plank and board replacement — matched to the existing floor
  • Subfloor repair and levelling, including water-damaged plywood
  • Baseboards, quarter round, transitions and stair nosing
  • Squeaky and lifting floor repairs

When people usually call us

  • A soft or spongy spot in the floor, often near a tub, toilet or dishwasher
  • Planks lifting at the seams or cupping along the edges
  • A floor that creaks in the same place every time
  • Water got under the floor and you need it opened up and dried before it spreads
  • Carpet you want gone, replaced with something that survives a wet coast winter

What it costs

Small repairs — a few damaged planks, a squeak, a run of baseboard — usually land in the one to three hour range. Full-room installs are quoted per job once we see the space or your photos, because subfloor condition is what actually drives the price.

Questions we get asked

Can you replace just the damaged boards instead of the whole floor?

Usually yes, on click-lock laminate and vinyl plank. The limit is whether we can source a matching plank — send a photo of the floor and a close-up of the edge profile and we will tell you honestly before you spend anything.

Do you move the furniture?

We move normal household furniture as part of the job. Pianos, safes and full appliance disconnects are the exceptions — tell us in advance so we can plan.

How long before we can walk on it?

Floating laminate and vinyl plank are walkable immediately. Glue-down and tile need to cure — we will tell you the exact wait before we start.
